Unlimited 24/7 access to a qualified HR Consultant advice and support by telephone or email
Half-termly scheduled HR review meetings with your allocated HR Consultant (via video or phone)

This service provides you with direct access to a named, qualified HR Consultant, with education sector experience. Your HR Consultant will get to know and understands your needs. This ensures that advice and support is always in line with your management style and school ethos.

It will give you peace of mind that you can contact us at any time and ensures you will always be up-to-date with rapidly-changing school regulations and employment law.

Your HR Consultant will always be there to provide professional advice and support either on the telephone, by email or on-site, when you need it…we know you’re busy during the school day so be assured that this is not just a 9-5 offer.

Trade Union consultation (HR Policies)

This service still provides you with access to our template HR policies and letters so your confident you remain legally compliant at all times.

Because we know employment issues can get complex at times, we provide you with a flexible option to purchase on-site and bespoke HR Consultancy time, at a preferential customer daily rate, as and when you need it.
